this blog is what i need it to be. it began as almost thinspo. now, it will tell the tale of me, stumbling my way to a healthy lifestyle. mainly through vegan eating, yoga, and a few other random things.

Well, my two day break from Tumblr turned into a three … four … month break. And I believe I will actually be ending this blog now since tumblr is actually not great for my self-esteem. Even if I fill my blog with exercise motivating strong-ass women and men, I’m still comparing myself to them. And I’m happiest when being myself!

Plus, me and the boy just said the L-word to each other on Christmas and we will be continuing to spend copious amounts of time together.

Keep eating the vegan fun food, staying active, and most importantly loving yourself and what you do. If you can do that, everything else falls in place.

ugh, can i just say how much i hate moving? it sucks.

So today I found out my gym use at the U (where I just finished) ran out yesterday (*sobbing uncontrollably on the floor like a 2 year old*) so I thought, “Hey! LA and Anytime and all those chain gyms all have free trial periods…. Today seems like a great day to try one!” So I went on over to LA fitness and did my 2 hour workout there. I was proud of myself for conquering the free-weights section with all the bros and just doing my workout anyway. Plus now I really feel like I deserve the salad sitting in front of me right now! Delish!

Salad: Mixed greens, tofu, tomatoes, green and red peppers, red onion, chickpeas, artichoke hearts, carrots, peas, a bit of tempeh pasta salad with a miso dressing.

YUM!!!!!!!!
